Can I Get a Refund on Voucher/Promo Balance?

We will not be able to provide a refund for the promo or voucher codes, once it has been activated or unused.

Example: If you use a voucher (20% discount on your order for up to RM30 maximum) and you only purchase enough to enjoy a discount of RM10 – you may NOT claim the remaining amount as Store Credit or a refund.
